Eco-friendly and ethical practices are at the forefront of all aspects of KingZoePLUR.com production, creation & packaging.

• Creations such as jewelry, hand painted pins, bubble wands and keychains are made with upcycled materials. Upcycled materials I have used to create include but are not limited to charms, chains, bottle caps, soda tabs, broken jewelry and trinkets
• All orders are packaged using recycled packaging. This includes bubble wrap, cardboard, confetti box stuffing, and brown paper packaging. The only packaging materials I purchase new are my purple bubble mailers, purple shipping boxes, heavy duty packing tape, and reusable mylar zip lock bags. These products are used to ensure your art is received in the same quality it was sent in and to ensure the safety of your order during the shipping process.
• All artworks are handmade, packaged and shipped by King Zoe PLUR in Pennsylvania USA.
• Merch items that are not designed and produced by King Zoe PLUR are created by local artists usually based in Pennsylvania, New York, or Ohio USA. All collaboration items will have sources to the artist/artists involved in creation, located in the descriptions of those items.
• Stickers are made in USA and produced by SpeedySlaps.
• Paintings are made with Acrylic paints on stretched canvas.
• Collage and scrapbook style pieces are made with a variety of recycled scraps from magazines, junk mail,  packages, ribbons , holiday wrapping paper and more.

For the fastest solution, please email kingzoeplur@gmail.com if you have any concerns with your order. If your art shows up damaged, lost in transit or stolen : please email Kingzoeplur@gmail.com explaining your situation. If possible, please provide Tracking number, shipment info stating your package has been lost or images of damaged packaging/artwork.

I will work to find a solution! If your artwork is not fixable, you’ll given a choice of refund, store credit, or I’ll send you a new product with some free gifts for your troubles!
